AUX Inverter AC Error Codes: Kya Hote Hain Aur Kaise Thik Karein?


AUX ek mashhoor Chinese AC brand hai jo inverter ACs banata hai. Inverter ACs efficient aur advanced hote hain, lekin kabhi-kabhi inmein technical faults aate hain jise samajhna zaruri hota hai.


Har error code kisi specific fault ya dikkat ka indication hota hai. Agar aap in codes ka matlab samajh lein, to aap easily AC repair kar sakte hain ya technician ko sahi information de sakte hain.


Chaliye sabhi error codes aur unke solutions ek ek karke samajhte hain:


🔹 E1 – Room Temperature Sensor Fault


Matlab: Room ka temperature measure karne wala sensor sahi se kaam nahi kar raha.


Samadhan:


Sensor wire loose ya damage ho sakta hai.


PCB board par sensor connection check karein.


Sensor replace karna pad sakta hai agar woh kharab ho gaya ho.


🔹 E2 – Outdoor Coil Temperature Sensor Fault


Matlab: Bahar wale unit ka coil sensor fault show kar raha hai.


Samadhan:


Outdoor coil ke paas laga temperature sensor check karein.


Wiring ya connector loose ho sakta hai.


Sensor replace karein agar error clear na ho.


🔹 E3 – Indoor Coil Temperature Sensor Fault



Matlab: Indoor unit ke evaporator coil ka sensor problem kar raha hai.


Samadhan:


Indoor coil ke temperature sensor ki continuity check karein.


Sensor sahi location pe laga ho iski pushti karein.


Replace karna zaruri ho sakta hai.



🔹 E4 – Indoor Fan Motor ya DC Fan Motor Feedback Fault


Matlab: Fan motor rotate nahi kar raha ya feedback signal PCB tak nahi ja raha.


Samadhan:


Fan motor jammed ya burn ho sakta hai.


Fan ke wiring aur capacitor check karein.


PCB se signal jaa raha hai ya nahi yeh dekhein.



🔹 E5/SE – Indoor & Outdoor Communication Fault


Matlab: Indoor aur Outdoor unit ke beech communication band ho gaya hai.


Samadhan:


Communication wire (generally 3rd wire) check karein.


PCB ke COM terminal voltage check karein (DC voltage 30–90V).


Dono PCB board me fault ho sakta hai – technician ko bulaayein.



🔹 F1 – IPM Module Fault


Matlab: Inverter Power Module (IPM) me fault hai jo compressor ko chalata hai.


Samadhan:


IPM module heat ya short ho gaya ho sakta hai.


IPM cooling fan kaam kar raha hai ya nahi check karein.


PCB ya IPM replace karna pad sakta hai.


🔹 F2 – PFC Module Fault


Matlab: Power Factor Correction circuit me dikkat hai.


Samadhan:


Line voltage check karein.


PCB board ke power section ka inspection karna zaruri hai.


High voltage fluctuation se yeh problem hoti hai.



🔹 F3 – Compressor Operation Fault


Matlab: Compressor chal nahi raha ya abnormal load le raha hai.


Samadhan:


Capacitor aur overload protector test karein.


Compressor winding me resistance test karein.


Kabhi kabhi gas leakage bhi yeh error la sakta hai.


🔹 F4 – Exhaust Temperature Sensor Fault


Matlab: Compressor ke exhaust area ka temperature sensor faulty hai.


Samadhan:


Sensor ka resistance check karein.


Cooling proper ho raha hai ya nahi dekhein.


Compressor overheating bhi iski wajah ho sakti hai.


🔹 F5 – Compressor Top Cover Protection


Matlab: Compressor ke top cover pe extreme heat ya pressure detect hua hai.


Samadhan:


Overload condition hatayein.


Fan speed sahi hai ya nahi check karein.


AC overload protect mode me chala gaya ho sakta hai.

🔹 F6 – Outdoor Ambient

Temperature Sensor Fault


Matlab: Outdoor ke environment ka temperature sensor fault show kar raha hai.


Samadhan:


Sensor wire cut ya short ho gaya ho sakta hai.


Sensor ki value multimeter se check karein.


Sensor sahi jagah pe laga ho iski pushti karein.


🔹 F7 – Over/Under Voltage Protection


Matlab: Line voltage ya to bahut kam ya bahut zyada hai.


Samadhan:


Voltage stabilizer ka upyog karein.


Home wiring aur earthing check karayein.


Grid fluctuation zyada ho to inverter protection activate hota hai.


🔹 F8 – Outdoor Modular Communication Fault


Matlab: Outdoor PCB ka module communication break ho gaya hai.


Samadhan:


Outdoor PCB module properly connect hai ya nahi dekhein.


Power supply sahi hai ya nahi check karein.


Faulty PCB replace karna pad sakta hai.


🔹 F9 – Outdoor EEPROM Fault


Matlab: EEPROM data corrupt ho gaya hai.


Samadhan:


Technician EEPROM ko reprogram kar sakta hai.


PCB replace karna best option ho sakta hai.


🔹 F0 – Outdoor DC Fan Motor Fault


Matlab: DC fan motor jammed ya burn ho gaya hai.


Samadhan:


Motor resistance aur continuity check karein.


Motor supply aaraha hai ya nahi yeh dekhein.


Motor ya PCB dono me se koi ek faulty ho sakta hai.


🔹 FA – Suction Temperature Sensor Fault



Matlab: Compressor suction line ka sensor thik se kaam nahi kar raha.


Samadhan:


Pipe pe sahi tarah se chipka hai ya nahi dekhein.


Sensor wiring intact hai ya nahi check karein.


🔹 E0 – Indoor Over Current Protection


Matlab: Indoor unit me current limit se zyada ho gaya hai.


Samadhan:


PCB par kisi component ka short circuit to nahi.


Indoor blower motor me fault ho sakta hai.


Current sensor test karein.


🔹 P8 – Outdoor Over Current Protection


Matlab: Compressor ya fan me zyada current flow ho raha hai.


Samadhan:


Compressor resistance aur winding test karein.


PCB ka current detection circuit sahi hai ya nahi dekhein.


🔹 P5 – Compressor Air Discharge Protection


Matlab: Compressor se nikalne wali hawa ya gas me temperature zyada ho gaya.


Samadhan:


Condenser fan check karein.


Refrigerant overcharge ya undercharge na ho.


🔹 P4 – Refrigeration Overload Protection



Matlab: Pura system overload ho gaya hai – gas, fan, pressure sabko check karna hoga.


Samadhan:


Refrigerant pressure check karein.


Overload protector test karein.

🔹 P6 – Indoor Heating High Temperature Protection



Matlab: Heating mode me temperature limit se upar chala gaya.


Samadhan:


Heater ya heating coil overheat ho rahi hai.


Filter ganda ho ya airflow me blockage ho.


Heating sensor replace karna pad sakta hai.


🔧 Tips for Preventing AUX AC Errors


1. Voltage Stabilizer Lagayein: Sudden voltage up-down se PCB jal sakta hai.


2. AC Service Time Pe Karwayein: Dust aur blockage se overheating hoti hai.


3. Wiring Proper Ho: Loose wiring se communication aur sensor error aate hain.


4. Original Parts Ka Use Karein: Local sensors aur parts se error repeat hota hai.
